Crossfit Willemstad


Now more than ever people will be inclined to ask "What is CrossFit?, Do you do CrossFit?, How can I get involved with CrossFit?" These are all questions that will come up as more people here learn more about the sport of CrossFit.  

We of CrossFit Willemstad are pleased to announce that after 3 years of growth, 3 years of educating athletes and welcoming them into the sport of fitness, 2 years at our brand new facility located at Seru Lora Weg.  It is our continued goal to provide the best service possible in aiding our athletes in becoming fitter, as they become more generally prepared for the unexpected twists and turns of life, known as General Physical Preparedness (GPP).

CrossFit Willemstad will open the door to your experience with CrossFit, whether you have been an athlete all of your life, or if it's been years since your last workout, we at CrossFit Willemstad will give you an opportunity to learn more, try some workouts, what we call W.O.D. (Workout of the Day), and gain knowledge into the phenomenon that is CrossFit on our little island of Curacao.

At CrossFit Willemstad we find ourselves in the privileged position to offer you personal attention during our training sessions, in order for us to assure that our athletes feel comfortable and secure during their workouts at all times.  We believe in the notion that individuals develop themselves much better within the confines of a safe and healthy environment.

His goal as a CrossFit coach is to ensure that every athlete stays free of injuries by focusing first on improving their technique, then working on consistency and finally gradually increasing the intensity and volume to become a better Crossfitter and a better and healthier human!
