Intro Class

You can sign up here to learn if CrossFit is right for you.  We will explain what CrossFit is, why we do it, and then put you through a work out. You can expect a basic warm up and an intense, but fun, workout with one of our certified CrossFit Coaches.  Please bring a water bottle and click the sign up button below!  Contact us if you have any questions!

In CrossFit we perform advanced weightlifting and basic gymnastics’ movements. The aim of the ON RAMP is to expose you to the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to work on your skill development. We will prepare you to enter the CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movement safely and efficiently.

Drop-in

We always welcome visiting Crossfitters to CrossFit Willemstad. If you are a member at another CrossFit Box or have been regularly Crossfitting for at least 3 months, you are welcome to drop in to any of our regularly-scheduled classes. 
  1. ​Register for a class though the link below.
  2. Sign the waiver online.
  3. Show up 15 minutes before to pay the drop-in fee and introduce yourself to the coach.

SPECIAL COMMUNITY MEMBERS (Civil Servants)

The intent of CrossFit on being a fitness lifestyle preparing you for any ann everything in life, it should not be a surprise that this methodology caters kindly to members of the armed forces, police officers, firefighters, and other special member of the community.

CrossFit Willemstad, offers sessions for these members of the community, along with specific rates for them and their families.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT/ADVICE

During our sessions, and daily on our Facebook website one can find a meal for the day, which follows along with our specific dietary intake for CrossFitters, i.e. Paleo, or "Zone" diet as these are what we tend to recommend for ultimate performance fuel and delivering the best results combined with the CrossFit workouts.  For example; "eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar" is something you might hear describing ZONE (by Dr. B. Sears).  If there are questions that you may have on a more personal level, feel free to contact us and we will answer your questions in a timely manner with the assistance of our consulting dietitian.
